How does John know he took the tube? I shall assume it is because he has been picking up Sherlock’s powers of deduction. And that there’s a line cut where Sherlock praises him for his observation skills.
Because I am an ACD canon nerd and wish it to be so.
I always assumed Sherlock just constantly calls the tube tedious.
He calls everything (and everyone) tedious tho… 😛
I always assumed he’d been sending John peevish texts while he traveled, complaining about the delay, the tube, the other commuters…. (I have to say, I like Saathi’s idea, better.)
