If you’re part of the One Piece fandom, you surely went through the “one piece” tag a couple of times. Well, then you know what I’m talking about when I say it’s really hard to find good content in there. Starting from the swimsuits, the hentai posts, unsourced fanart, reposted graphics… It’s not a pleasant tag to browse.
I’ve seen other fandoms do this, and it’s working pretty well for them. Several people also mentioned this to me, so I think I’m gonna go forward with it. I think we, as a fandom, should come together and create a tag where we can find graphics to reblog from the original poster, since reposts are such a big problem in this fandom, unfortunately.
The best way for this to work out is if a great number of people inside the fandom learn about this tag and are able to post their graphics in there. For that, we need to spread the word by reblogging this post.
So, this new tag for One Piece graphics of any kind, #opgraphics, is active starting now.
Hopefully this will slow down the problem of reposters and get everyone to know new (or old) graphic makers whose posts unfortunately get lost in the one piece tag.
