Sometimes gender roles are so deeply embedded in our society we hardly notice them. Ashton Kutcher picked up on one such example over the weekend — and he’s not wrong.

This is so true and drives my husband and I both nuts. In fact, he recently called out a building manager he was working with on it at their location, and the other man legitimately looked confused, like – why would there need to be baby changing stations in there?  Good lord, I pity your wife, man.
