Sherlock – Awaken
Inspired from a scene of the episode of Sherlock BBC: “The Abominable Bride”.
“I’ll bring you home, little brother…”
So The Abominable Bride had a lot of brotherly feels and inspired me to draw this series – 3 times Mycroft carried Sherlock, I might call it? I indulged in cuteness, angst, and some punk in between! Was gonna pair each scene with a ficlet, to sorta explain my derived headcanons, but I’ll just leave the visual details to your own imaginings!

Helpful to remember when you’re having a POTS spell. The squat can be done assisted by a wall or chair. Adjust as needed.
Squats tend to do the opposite of help me but the leg crossing one has been helpful!!

POTS is short for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome!
it’s a condition in which standing up causes things like dizzy spells / greyed vision / collapsing / weakness / fainting / difficulty breathing, etc.
mostly because of bad circulation and low blood pressure.If standing up makes your head rush, then doing the above should help!
Holy freaking crap. I have NEVER seen a POTS resources post, I don’t think, and definitely not in cute comic form. (It’s a super rare, obscure thing so there’s just not much help out there.) And yes, it really sucks. Thank you so much!
Holy shit, this is definitely the first POTS resource I’ve ever seen online. I’ve also never had any doctors suggest any of these tricks. I’ve got fairly severe dysautonomia in general, if these help me that will be amazing.
