Sydney is 11 years old and due to an autoimmune disease, requires a kidney transplant. In an effort to help her family cope with an estimated $10,000 of medical costs that go beyond what insurance will cover for the transplant, a charity cookbook is being produced and sold by friends and coworkers. The cookbook website is here. If you can submit a recipe to be included (deadline: Oct. 26), that would be a big help; if you’re interested in purchasing a cookbook (deadline: Nov. 9), that would be an even bigger help. The site has been set for domestic and international shipping, so location is no issue. Thanks in advance for any and all help on this.
