Wings are one of the three things that can kill an Archangel, the other two being heartbreak and desire. An Archangel’s wings are extremely sensitive; even just a small amount of pain is amplified. The destruction of an Archangel’s wings is the destruction of them; it will cause their somewhat slow, extremely painful death. Though it is not uncommon for an Archangel to reveal their wings, to let someone touch their wings is. Such an event requires great trust, as they will basically be at the other’s mercy.
Suddenly I want to write angel-fic, with blood and implied sex and gore and madness and descent.
So, there’s this Mormor fic I started a while ago…. *shifty eyes*
